1. OUR CUSTOMERS WILL BE TREATED WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT, AND ARE ENTITLED TO A
FULL DISCLOSURE OF EVERY FACET OF THEIR ASSOCIATION WITH THIS COTTMAN CENTER.
2. ALL ADVERTISED REPRESENTATIONS WILL BE CARRIED OUT EXACTLY AS STATED.
3. ALL VALID WRITTEN WARRANTIES WILL BE HONORED AT NO CHARGE TO OUR CUSTOMER.
WARRANTY CUSTOMERS WILL BE TREATED WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT.
4. SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICES AND SERVICE GRADE STANDARDS SHALL BE
PROMINENTLY DISPLAYED IN THIS COTTMAN CENTER.
5. CUSTOMERS' VEHICLES SHALL BE ROAD TESTED AND THE TRANSMISSIONS CHECKED
EXTERNALLY WITHOUT CHARGE OR OBLIGATION.
6. NO SERVICE WILL BE PERFORMED OR CHARGES MADE UNTIL FULL DISCLOSURE IS MADE
REGARDING TYPE OF SERVICE, COST, WARRANTY AND UNTIL OUR CUSTOMER EXPRESSLY AUTHORIZES THE
WORK.
7. THERE SHALL BE NO HIDDEN COSTS OR EXTRA CHARGES FOR ANY WORK PERFORMED. ALL
PRICES QUOTED SHALL BE EXACT AND COMPLETE.
8. NO SERVICE SHALL BE RECOMMENDED THAT IS NOT ESSENTIAL TO PROPERLY SOLVING THE
EXISTING PROBLEM. OUR CUSTOMER MUST BE INFORMED OF THE SERVICE THAT WILL PROPERLY SOLVE
HIS PROBLEM IN THE LEAST EXPENSIVE WAY.
9. NO SERVICE WILL BE PERFORMED THAT WILL NOT ADEQUATELY SOLVE
THE PROBLEM, REGARDLESS OF PRICE.
10. IF RECOMMENDED SERVICES ARE REFUSED FOR ANY REASON. THE TRANSMISSION WILL BE
RESTORED TO AT LEAST ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE, EVEN IF ADDITIONAL
PARTS AND LABOR ARE REQUIRED.
11. IF AN INTERNAL INSPECTION OF THE TRANSMISSION REVEALS NO INTERNAL DAMAGE, OUR
CUSTOMER WILL BE OFFERED THE OPTION OF HAVING THE TRANSMISSION RESTORED TO ITS ORIGINAL
CONDITION AT NO CHARGE.
12. EVERY REASONABLE EFFORT SHALL BE MADE TO RESOLVE COMPLAINTS, PROMPTLY AND
COURTEOUSLY, TO OUR CUSTOMERS' SATISFACTION.
13. ALL COTTMAN-MEN AND WOMEN WILL CONTINUE TO PROMOTE HIGH
STANDARDS OF TRANSMISSION REPAIR AND TO ACT AGAINST ANY UNETHICAL OR ILLEGAL PRACTICES
WITHIN THE TRANSMISSION REPAIR INDUSTRY.
